Whether you are new to yoga or looking to dig further into your practice, My customized yoga sessions can help you in ease tension, build strength and flexibility, and energize and align your body and mind.
Both accomplished practitioners and beginners will gain confidence and receive guidance with a practice tailored specifically to their body. A private session also includes using yoga tune-up therapy balls to work out stress points as well as Aromatouch Technique. This technique uses doTERRA essential oils to soothe stress, reduce inflammation, build immunity and align autonomic imbalances.
